About the Software Configuration Analyst role:
The Software Configuration Analyst is a key member of the Customer Success team responsible for managing the implementation of Aquatic Informatics’ products. You will work directly with customers, Project Planners, and Project Managers to effectively deliver software services that meet customer expectations in an accurate and timely manner. You may take part in evaluating customer-provided data and workflows in order to provide best-in-class solutions to customers.
Engage with customers that have purchased Aquatic Informatics’ professional services for implementation of the Hach WIMS Software.
Engage directly with the customer through the implementation phase of the project. This includes:
Analyzing and documenting specific customer needs through interaction with various customer stakeholders including understanding and managing expectations to the defined scope of work.
Understanding the customers’ processes and mapping them to the applicable standard software process flows.
Configure databases including variables, calculations, reports, and data entry forms
Install data management software and interfaces
Ensuring that the provided solution and loaded data meets quality standards.
Provide QA assistance prior to go-live of the solution and providing aid to customer support with issues post-implementation.
Perform troubleshooting and support throughout the implementation process.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of how customers are configured and trained during their Hach WIMS implementation.
Are you qualified?
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Science, Business or a related field; or the equivalent combination of business/technical education & experience.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically related to the manipulation of data.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL – some experience writing SQL queries.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (technical roles preferred)
Proven success setting work priorities, multi-tasking, and balancing varying demands.
Ability to quickly learn complex software.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Previous experience implementing software would be an asset.
Knowledge of municipal and industrial Water or Wastewater processes would be an asset.
Previous Experience with the Hach WIMS would be an asset.
The salary range for this role is $43k - 65k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
