The Digital Marketing Product Manager is responsible for enabling Hach platforms to be used in support of digital marketing initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to design the go-to-market digital content strategy, establish and follow content best practices, and to provide a business governance process! You will have the opportunity to act as the product owner working with the development team, applying application knowledge, VOC, analytics, and project management best practices to prioritize features, manage business processes, communicate, and commercialize marketing platforms. This position reports to the Global Manager, Digital Marketing.
Omni-Channel ownership during implementation of new platforms and responsibility for all aspects of the roll-out across the organization.
Champion and evangelize marketing platforms internally with Sales and Marketing to drive high adoption and high success.
Provide content management support and direction to establish usage criteria; deliver on go-to-market strategies; define business rules; provide oversight of the information architecture; and write content while applying content organization principles (taxonomy, tagging, content profiles).
Responsible for the customer experience and merchandising within the platform or marketing tools.
Ability to focus on the critical few and seek enhancements that drive customer experience and efficiencies, with a focus on scale and automation.
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
BA in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience required.
5 years of experience in eCommerce, data analytics, digital marketing, project management, or related field in a B2B global environment.
Data-driven with demonstrated data analytic competency, structured problem-solving and experience with enterprise-level site analytics is preferred (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Domo, Salesforce Community etc.).
Strong communication skills with global teams in large multi-functional environments.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and gain followership and to present to sales, marketing and leadership.
Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under a deadline. Innovative thinker with a “can-do” attitude.
Work on-site at the Loveland, CO or Dusseldorf, DE offices. Work at home remote options are available.
