Position Summary

The Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst researches market landscape & trends using data economics and market intelligence to highlight growth areas for Precision NanoSystem’s business. The individual will develop key data models for molecules, segments and competitor tracking to analyse and drive growth. This position requires market research experience, business strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, analysis and progress tracking. The individual will work with cross functional teams to develop customer insights, business cases and strategic proposals to present to executive team for review.

What you'll do

  • Use customer insights, data economics and market intelligence to support strategic market landscape analysis to drive growth of overall business.

  • Execute voice of customer research, value proposition development, primary and secondary research to highlight market trends and customer pain points.

  • Conduct market research using data economics to develop customer segmentation with targeted market insights, and customer trends.

  • Track and raise awareness of competitor movement, find gaps, differentiators, and areas of growth and focus.

  • Commission and develop data models to research key findings for the business and product portfolio.

  • Generate customer prioritization model using market data and intelligence to track progress and partner with key stakeholders for awareness, traction and execution.

  • Proactively bring forth insights and establish regular communication platforms to raise awareness and appropriate action.

  • Engage key stakeholders and support business strategy development for key projects and yearly strategic planning cycle.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Customer research, strategic marketing, data economics or business development in the life sciences industry.

  • MBA or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience in modelling data economics, market & customer intelligence preferred.

  • Ability to develop data led gap analysis, using strategic thinking and establish regular communication platforms to influence cross functionally and at a senior level.

  • Excellent organizational, data management, oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with diverse, global and cross-functional teams
