We are looking for a Service Incident Handler to work with our expert Services team of employees across the world. Do you have a passion for customer success? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Triage and respond to support requests from customers via phone and email in collaboration with internal engineering resources.

  • Coordinate service activities with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Log and track customer requests from initiation to completion via CRM.

  • Provide regular internal updates on service activities.

  • Contribute to and foster an environment which encourages, supports, and recognizes new ideas and initiatives.

  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives such as implementing new processes and equipment.

Who you are

  • 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a customer facing position such as Customer Service or Technical Support.

  • Experience working with Lean principles and tools (issue/opportunity identification, solution development/execution/containment mindset).

  • Flexible - our international customer base operates around the clock. On-call and/or shift work during evenings, nights, and weekends will be required.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills including report writing.

  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Trades, or an Electronic Technician/Robotics program is an asset.
