We are looking for a Nucleic Acid Therapies Workflow Manager to work with our newly formed Nucleic Acid Therapeutics team. Do you have a passion for developing products and technology with the chance to deliver innovative solutions impacting patients lives? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Together with the Product Portfolio Planner you will support the development of a complete mRNA and nucleic acid therapeutics offering, focusing specifically on enabling the complete synthesis workflow from existing products, across scales from research to manufacturing and from DNA template to Aseptic filling.
You will consistently optimize and update our offering based on newly developed and launched products and those from collaboration partners, incorporating application data, customer feedback and process/mass balance understanding. You will commission and lead process and economic modelling data for the defined workflow in support of customer value proposition and pricing- working closely with the mRNA CoE.
You will partner internally and externally to ensure consistent recommendations for customers for reagents, consumables, systems and analytical solutions across the workflow. You will act as a key project manager on collaborations with internal partners both within and across OpCos ensuring strong coordination and iteration of the offering.
You will partner with our services and solutions businesses to ensure consistent input and refresh to overall contemporary mRNA GMP workflow and resolving/supporting outstanding technical or implementation issues. You will work closely with RnD on application support and process definition to optimize the workflow.
You will consistently refine the offering and workflow based on different customer applications, market learnings and feedback. Recommendations on key unit operations and process adjustments based on application data to be implemented and refined.
You will partner with marketing to ensure delivery of sales training, sales enablement tools and customer materials to enable optimal positioning of the portfolio. You will monitor external competitor offerings and support formulation of competitive response together with marketing.
Proactively support identification of customer pain-points, user needs and ensure our products solve valuable problems in attractive segments.
Develop expertise and act as SME in the DHR DBS strategic tool set
Who you are
5+ years experience in product marketing, product management, product development or related field
Proven expertise in Product Management/ Marketing, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management
Desirable- prior experience on nucleic acid therapeutic based manufacturing pipeline.
Track record or experience in implementing process projects including demonstrable implementation of output.
Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams Proven ability to work globally
Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen, learning agility, network leadership and stretched experience as well as passion for continuous improvement
