Danaher Corporation Account Manager - Baroda in Vapi, India
Originate phone calls, respond to incoming calls and provide technical information with regards to chromatography related products and services. (for outside Conduct on-site customer visits)
Ensure that assigned territory meets sales and unit goals
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and/or technical seminars
Develop business plans, market analysis and sales strategies for assigned territory
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Manage and maintain information in customer database system (MSCRM)
building referral and lead generation networks, addressing client concerns and handling calls that require manager involvement
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metric
Willingness for travelling in around respective territory up to 50% (inside), 75% (outside)
