Danaher Corporation Account Manager - Baroda in Vapi, India

Maintain and manage specific territory by meeting and exceeding sales and unit goals. Provide service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Originate phone calls, respond to incoming calls and provide technical information with regards to chromatography related products and services. (for outside Conduct on-site customer visits)

  • Ensure that assigned territory meets sales and unit goals

  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and/or technical seminars

  • Develop business plans, market analysis and sales strategies for assigned territory

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

  • Manage and maintain information in customer database system (MSCRM)

  • building referral and lead generation networks, addressing client concerns and handling calls that require manager involvement

  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metric

  • Willingness for travelling in around respective territory up to 50% (inside), 75% (outside)
