We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Integration Leader, this is a senior role in our Commercial Excellence team, leading digital integration portfolio, project management and processes in support of our overall Customer Relationship Management (CRM) objectives. What you’ll do

  • Lead digital enablement and sales operations process, data and tool related integration projects with a main focus on SFDC and supporting commercial tools.

  • Coordinate all CRM related integrations for Cytiva, to ensure effective integration project and portfolio management.

  • Work with integration team to ensure all related digital commercial integration activities are identified, aligned with standard work processes and delivered according to integration schedule and governance process.

  • Evaluate digital integration processes and recommend simplification, standardization and improvement approaches that will increase operational efficiency within sales operations and digital enablement integration projects. Develop metrics/KPIs.

  • Evaluate impact & identify synergies within on-going commercial excellence and digital initiatives from both sides of the integration.

  • Provide regular, effective and transparent project reporting KPI’s & updates to meet Cytiva and Commercial business requirements: to include financial, project delivery, quality and compliance requirements associated with commercial integration activities.

  • Act as a change leader, proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

  • Elaborate training & communication plans to manage expectations from the commercial organization.

  • Collaborate with business, developers and subject matter experts to establish the integration technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

  • Deliver projects according to our Milestone/Tollgate based methodology, and manage the key elements of project management which include: Project scope definition, Resource planning, Cost & Risk Management, Project schedule, Communication & Change Management.

  • Work leveraging DBS methods & mindset.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of lead project management of large business critical projects with multiple functions and 1000’s of users, and commercial leadership in CRM integration also at scale (multiple functions and 100’s users).

  • Advanced skills in strategy development and deployment, you will have managed the creation and communication of commercial strategic roadmaps, informing and guiding your integration activities.

  • Significant CRM experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location sales force, business project management within a large, corporate environment.

  • An Integration expert, you will have significant technical and business process expertise in the commercial arena, coupled with an extensive network of Cytiva resources available to for you to leverage in your role.

  • Deep commercial understanding of Cytiva products, services, and markets, and how we serve them.

  • Demonstrated capability to translate commercial strategic ambitions into tangible activities and then deliver them to realize the planned business outcome, High Say/Do ratio.

  • You are a natural and self-motivated troubleshooter with the ability to draw on your Cytiva resource network to address problems & escalate issues

  • Knows how Cytiva’s business works; how strategy, budgeting, development, and commercial decisions are made.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

  • Is pragmatic, able to make difficult decisions in the trade-off between existing business processes and unique critical requirements of the acquired organization.

  • Can establish effective working relationships across breadth of Cytiva organization as well as acquired leadership team.

  • Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, SFDC and business intelligence applications.
