What you’ll do

  • Provide excellent human resources partnership to the management team and associates including input and direction regarding team development, organizational development, personal/professional development of associates, and employee relations matters.

  • Provide EMEA and APAC employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Business Partners; navigates employees and manager to HR Services when it is the more appropriate resource

  • Focusing on identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent

  • Partnering with client leadership and local HR counterparts to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital

  • Manage annual performance management and compensation processes for client groups

  • Maintain and provide analytics to various stakeholders

  • Manage relevant communication for client groups

  • Champion Global employee engagement programs such as Services Engagement Week, Global Services Innovation Forum and Recognition

  • Maintains compliance with country regulations concerning employment and investigations

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration preferred

  • Minimum 7-years of relevant human resources generalist/manager experience

  • Experience in architecting career development programs/career mapping

  • Working knowledge of Workday a plus

  • Candidate must have excellent verbal, written, listening, and influencing skills and be able to present facts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organizations

  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills

  • Candidate must be able to build relationships and be able to work efficiently and effectively with associates at all levels of the organization

  • Proven experience working with confidential or sensitive information
