Danaher Corporation Sales Representative (f/m/d) Diagnostics Austria in Vienna, Austria
In this position the Sales Representative is responsible for the establishment of professional relationships with customers´ key personnel. With your experience in the diagnostic environment you are accepted as a proficient contact person. You will be also responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned accounts.
Develop sales strategies, maintain key account plans and identify growth opportunities by analysing market, territory including prospecting for new customers establish relationships with them
Managing relationship with existing customers
Implementation of a defined action plan aligned with the sales strategy
Ensure commercial follow up of customers
Achieve the budget within conditions set by management
In collaboration with colleagues, lead the following stage of the opportunities to successfully win them, though technical presentation/demos at customer sites
Continually develop knowledge of products, market and industry trends, competition and customer strategies for potential development
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations to senior managers (C-Suite) and decision makers
At least 3 years of sales experience within a similar market OR working experience in the environment of Laboratories or hospitals or any other “diagnostic” background.
Solid understanding of the Sales business; keen business judgment.
Proven record of accomplishment in building up a Sales strategy, develop customer relationship.
Ability to analyze the actual market situation and willingness to build up an excellent relationship with our customers.
Experienced in working in a global matrix structure.
Outstanding time and territory leadership skills.
