Due to internal move, we are opening a position of Senior Sales Manager Centrifuge for Western Europe.
The Senior Sales Manager Centrifuge Europe coordinates and inspires direct and indirect sales teams located across Western Europe. The incumbent is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for Life Science automation product line and to deliver above market performance. S/he has the autonomy to drive goals and objectives, measuring and monitoring performance and critically contributing to a holistic strategic and business planning process. S/he gets results through outstanding leadership skills, consistently championing and supporting a culture of continuous improvement, with an eye on reaching optimum performance on an individual and team basis. This role can be located anywhere in Europe.
In this position, you will report to the Sales Director Greater Europe (Western Europe, CEE, CIS&Israel).
Ensure that regional booking and revenue are forecasted accurately and ensure forecast commitments are achieved;
Manage funnel size and shape to cover booking and revenue target;
Drive rigorous business processes across a decentralized structure;
Collaborate with the BU and field marketing to define the strategy for the sales function with short-and long-term plans to execute on the company strategy;
Contribute to sustainable best in class commercial process by consistently driving funnel management, metrics and compensation programs
Actively present, minimize and manage business risks
Coordinates the implementation of policies and procedures that ensures strict compliance with all legal, regulatory and company requirements.

Responsible for the development of direct reports with an active succession plan in place and leads all aspects of the performance for growth process with the whole team

Continuously drive Voice of the Customer (VOC) back into all parts of the business to ensure customer’s interests are prominently positioned
Track competitive market share, win/loss data and fully understand competitive selling strategies
Represent the organization in customer negotiations, trade shows, seminars, conferences and other official occasions
Advocate for the customer, for product quality and for providing excellent customer solutions and consistently strive to increase customer satisfaction

Minimum bachelor degree in technical or scientific specializations
Proven successful record in sales leadership and staff management
Strong analytical skills, problem solving attitude and solid business acumen
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization
Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and action-oriented environment.
Good negotiation skills
Successful sales in centrifuge will be appreciated
Excellent knowledge in SFDC is required
Excellent command of English, another European language is a plus
Ability to travel extensively
