Beckman Coulter is a Danaher company, operating in two industries: Diagnostics and Life Sciences.
- To provide customer operator & application training after instrument installation - To work with sales team to achieve business target in the regional area - To provide high quality technical support to Beckman Coulter users and achieve customer satisfaction - To provide product training for sales and dealers - To provide product & technical support in company business affairs such as seminar and exhibition - To keep continuously communication with customers to know customer-s requirement - To assist sales and other LSS to do product promotion - To work with technical engineer to give lab solutions to customer - To give work report to Lab Solution Manager in time
Two years working experience and related education background is preferred. Being experienced in the Diagnostics industry is preferred. This position also requires: - Good attitude, well habit of work, positive & take responsibility - Uses logical methodology in analyses - Prioritizes assigned work assuring milestones are achieved - Keeps management current via regular feedback and defers to others before taking action in non-routine matters - Prepares for technical or managerial advancement Seeks innovative ways to accomplish objectives - Continuously learns from experiences, particularly non-routine challenges - Seeks feedback from others to improve skills - Concentrates on key objectives despite distractions - Identifies and focuses on critical deliverables and high priority assignments - Understands complex technical and non-technical documentation - Effectively communicates with external contacts to ensure positive outcomes - Acknowledges and addresses issues honestly and without judgment - Learns to analyze business processes and customer requirements - Works reliably with team members to resolve problems and achieve goals - Shows respect for all team members - Begins learning the company businesses and products and how own function impacts business results - Learns customer business needs and takes action to meet those needs - Communicates regularly with customers to learn about their business challenges and requirements - Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
