The Salesforce Business Analyst leads the successful implementation and execution of Salesforce platform projects in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be salesforce platform administrator and lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. This position is part of the Commercial Excellence Team supporting the EMEA region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute day-to-day administration, configurations, user accounts, roles, reports/dashboards, sharing rules, security, configuration, workflow rules, support, maintenance, documenting business requirements, conducting UAT and improvement of our Salesforce platform and other smaller scale projects that don’t require IT development resources.

  • Work collaboratively with global Salesforce admins, cross functional & IT teams, follow established SFDC change control process, maintain optimum service levels, to ensure consistency in Salesforce.com strategies and rollouts pursuing continuous improvement of business operations processes, using industry Salesforce “best practices”.

  • Execute day-to-day administration, configurations, user accounts, roles, reports/dashboards, sharing rules, security, configuration, workflow rules, support, maintenance, documenting business requirements, conducting UAT and improvement of our Salesforce platform and other smaller scale projects that don’t require IT development resources.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and IT in large scale Salesforce.com initiatives (e.g: Salesforce deployment, CPQ, Partner Communities), including discovery sessions, process impact assessment, creation of requirement documents, user acceptance testing, end-user trainings and go-live.

  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce and user change requests to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users and coordinate/collaborate with global sales admins to assess global impact.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce platform administration (Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Maps and other platform apps), sales process flow (Campaigns, Leads, Account, Contact, Opportunity). Own all reporting, dashboard and analytics functions within Salesforce and manage weekly/monthly reports (e.g. funnel management) and perform analysis for sales management.

  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. Provide training of users at all levels.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience

  • Prior experience in managing, deploying and supporting Salesforce platform and tools

  • Ability to work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or ADM201 is a plus

  • Working experience in a Medical industry is a plus.
