Danaher Corporation Field Service Sales Engineer in Thailand
To meet the rapidly growing service business in Thailand, we are hiring a highly motivated personnel to join Hach Thailand Service Team as Field Service Sales reporting to Senior Service Manager. The position provides candidate great opportunity to gain exposure to Danaher Business System (DBS) and develop problem-solving skill, leadership and acquire business strategy knowledge.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop Service business and achieve high growth of Service revenue in Thailand.
Meet customer to understand their needs/requirements and propose Service solutions accordingly.
Maintain and explore Hach instrument install base for business opportunities.
Develop Service contract products and pricing.
Review and negotiation of Service contract term and conditions.
Use SFDC for effective funnel management and booking/shipment forecast.
Prepare booking/shipment data and monthly report.
Identify business growth opportunities and use PSP to address growth gaps.
Collect customer satisfaction feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Assist to develop Service job standard work, checklists, and relevant documentation.
Qualifications
Skills & Competence -
At least 2 years of experience preferably in instrumentation industry on Sales, Technical Service Sales or Customer support
At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of items to customers ( on Customer support, field or office based job)
Preferred degree in engineer (Instrumentation, chemical and allied streams)
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English
Soft Skills: -
An eye for detail
Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams
Medium level expertise in MS Excel & MS Word
Proactive and action-oriented
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
