The Human Resources Business Partner for Diagnostics, Thailand & Vietnam will play a vital role in supporting Senior Director HR, SEA Diagnostics in ensuring an effective HR and Customer Focused set up to optimize the best HR support for all functions. The incumbent acts proactively to ensure that Global and local HR processes are implemented and sustained, ensuring the best People and Organization Development for future growth. Serving as the primary strategic business partner to the Diagnostics GM, Thailand and Diagnostics GM, Vietnam and partnering with our Operating Company teams from Leica Biosystems, Radiometer and Cepheid in both countries.
This position is part of the Human Resources team located in Bangkok, Thailand and will be onsite
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Oversees and Implement HR Strategy and Policies.
Ensure People Managers have the right level of knowledge in relation to HR policies and processes.
Drive people priority deliverables on Retention, Development, Engagement, Talent management and DE&I agendas.
Provide high level of HR partnering to leaders.
Establish onboarding programme for all employees to ensure strong belonging and understanding across the Diagnostics Platform and Danaher.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in HR, Business Administration, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology or Sociology
7+ years solid hands-on experience across most HR disciplines: Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering, Employment & Labour Laws and coaching leaders in People and organizational development
Experience with running effective HR Services in a growing matrixed organization.
Experience in both Thailand and Vietnam markets
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working in Shared Service Centre
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
