The Sales Engineer (F&B) is responsible for leading and driving sales across Thailand within the food and beverages manufacturing industry. As a sole contributor, you will be the key contact for clients, responsible to develop strategy, tactical plan and coordination with the support team in order to meet budget and goals of the company.
To lead a drive and achieve the SEA budget in coordination with sales target
Generate sales leads, action and follow through by working closely with marketing, commercial operations and technical team to complete the deal
To develop strategy and tactical plan for go-to-market, build pipeline and market mapping for potential clients
Build strong partnership with clients and stakeholders, remain accountable for meeting their needs
Initiate cross-selling by leveraging on existing SEA relationship and ensure harmonious collaboration within the team
Obtain solid knowledge of Pall capability and organize customer training programs as / when needed.
Accountable for country’s sales reporting, forecasting while ensuring good collection (DSO) time supported by operations.
5 - 7 years minimum relevant experience in F&B industry selling systems, projects, specialty chemicals / consumables or other equipment’s
Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science/Engineering
Knowledge of scientific principles and practices relevant to F&B customers and processes
Self starter and self motivated, with good hunger to win businesses and close deals
Ability to plan and execute strategy & tactical plan, while maintaining excellent level of accurate reporting in an MNC environment
Ability to communicate in Thai and English both verbally and in writing
Good interpersonal skills to work in a multicultural team
