Sales Support - In order to maximise the turnover, in close cooperation with the Sales Reps and the Sales Managers, actively support the Sales activities such as demonstrations, product and application trainings, product presentations. Main focus will be related to KOL and Non-Leica customers.
Create product & application material to help the sales forse to increase the confidence and knowledge on the procuts & application.
Product & Application Plan & Activities - Using an agreed European Methodology and its tools carry out the agreed Action Plans & activities in the territory in order to achieve Sales and Profitability targets. Help to evaluate product sales trends in comparison with competitive products. Track the reasons why we win and loose the deals. Direct appropriate actions to increase market shares. Set priorities and push product promotion to optimize results. Propose countermeasures in case sales forecast might not be hit with high priority.
Customer support - Brick walling to Leica customers. In order to protect Leica Market Share, plan and carry out regular visits to existing customers (Leica KOLs) to continually monitor requirements and satisfaction levels, business trends and competitor activity.
Marketing support – In close collaboration with the marketing department and the sales force, support events such as Live Surgery to congresses, workshops and symposia. Collect and share information about pricing and competitor's features. Help in Launch phases of new products.
Actively support VOC (Voice Of Customers) and collect customer feedback on new product requirements and/or future applications and provide consolidated information.
Support to Leica After Sales Service Dept. - Close liaison with After Sales Support in order to close service issues in the most short period of time. Demonstration Resources - Close liaison with the European Demo Centre (EDC) to ensure best efficiency and utilisation of demonstration resources in area.
Establish good and profitable business relationship with 3rd party suppliers. Use Danaher Growth tools to increase market share.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- Technical background is recommended.
- Minimum 4 years of field experience in surgical microscopy, or business strictly related to surgical theatres.
- Strong communications – sound business acumen.
- Proven record of successful selling or supporting of similar products.
- Ability to drive business success through demonstrating consistent and impressive sales growth over a period of time.
- Technical ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment.
- Bachelors or Master degree (or equivalent in experience)
- Fluency in English, second language appreciated
- Travel (required estimated % of time)80%
