Description
This is a key territory direct product & application role into Surgical Operating Theatres in both the NHS and Private Hospitals. The ultimate objective is to grow sales and margin in the territory and to increase market share through effective support to sales reps, sales manager and distributor channels by aggressively defending achieved market share against competition. Essential to this position will be the enthusiastic drive to win business in a competitive market place combined with detailed activity management through different type of reporting tools. In addition, excellent demonstration skills within a theatre environment would be a distinct advantage.

Qualification
Education and Experience:

Master degree (or equivalent in experience) Minimum 4 years of field experience in surgical microscopy, or business related to Ophthalmology and Microsurgery Strong communication skills combined with sound business acumen Proven record of successful selling or supporting of similar products Ability to drive business success through demonstrating consistent and impressive sales growth over a period of time Technical ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment Fluent written and verbal English language skills and preferably in another European language (German, French or Spanish)
