Ormco believes the direct contact of its sales force with orthodontists facilitates the identification and verification of market trends and new product opportunities. Ormco works closely with orthodontists to improve existing products and develop new products primarily through its Champion programs in which selected orthodontists assist Ormco in designing, developing and ultimately educating users on new product and technique innovations.
•P&L management to improve results focusing on growth and OP; •Improve dental market share in regional scope, using the distributors base stablished; •Relationships with existing dealer partners, network contact and en users with territory.
•Ability to work cross functionally; •High energy level and be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever changing environment; •Commercial excellen - must possess the technical skills necessary to growth market share; •Spanish and English fluency; •University degree required; •Dealers channel management experience; •Indirect sales role experience; •Dentistry Consumables industry experience •Financial experience (margin analysis, discounting, promotions, etc); •Health field background is preferable.
