Description· Being part of an energetic and growth focused EMEA Marketing Team · The liaison for the marketing and sales departments. Ensure that sales representatives and other sales partners are well-resourced with the content, training, and knowledge of available assets to actively work and close deals in the sales pipeline · Managing the European Copy Approval Process for all Marketing related tools · Ensuring that the Brand Marketing and Brand Standards · Developing the annual EMEA Communications Strategy in close cooperation with other Marketing and Sales stakeholders to provide a solid and synchronized plan on o Trade Shows o Professional Education o Other communication activities such as Digital Marketing · Providing and managing the Digital Marketing Toolbox, such as o ShowPad o Automated Lead Management via Akroo o Organization and administration of the EMEA Online Marketing Store · Defining and ensuring Rep Standards o Equipment o Training · Compliance contract management
Qualification· You have a completed commercial education or an academic background in business administration · Excellent knowledge of the English language.French and/ or Italian languages is invitable · At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare / pharmaceuticals with expertise in sales and marketing · Strong interest in medicine and the willingness to accompany our customers during clinical interventions · Independent work and a high degree of personal responsibility · Flexibility and high commitment · Affinity for "digital healthcare topics" and high analytical competence is a plus · Strong communication skills combined with team spirit · Proper use of the standard Microsoft Office programs · Occasional willingness to multi-day trips abroad
