What you’ll do

  • Provide pre- and post-sale support, product demonstrations, seminars, training and/or customer service activities supporting territory sales objectives

  • Achieve regional revenue targets and overall business performance objectives

  • Support customers, Account Managers, and Sales Specialists within the assigned territory

  • Deliver regional customer training, developing application driven training courses and demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other resources to establish relationships and secure business.

  • Provide support to the regional Sales Specialist on developing quarterly territory business plans including, opportunity generation and development, account strategies, and meeting quarterly revenue and performance objectives.

  • Educate and coach internal team members on Cytiva’s offerings and the competitive landscape.

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree in life sciences field; Masters or PhD preferred

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce well-written reports and provide feedback on customer satisfaction and needs

  • Self-motivated and well organized

  • Collaborative team member with a customer centric focus

  • Able to balance multiple priorities

  • Flexible and adaptable
