Main Duties: * Make high frequency / number of sales calls for identifying new contacts, new projects, arranging meetings to introduce and follow up for base consumables, service and rental and systems projects * Acquire, develop and manage new water projects and leads from industrial accounts, Water-OEM´s, Contractors and; engage with consultants/designers as needed * Build up and extend consequently different level of customer contacts and relationships across customers departments (e.g. from utility manager to Technical and Purchase departments, GM/CEO); deep dive and broad network build-up within accounts * Grow the Project funnel aggressively and continuously as per the KPI’s * Develop and manage relationships at all relevant levels within key and target accounts. * Manage the commercial aspects of new projects from lead generation/enquiry to completion following corporate policies & processes. * Build up route to the market and sales channels where appropriate * Present and increase sales of the entire water product range to all accounts. This includes Water Systems, Rental of systems, Service and Cartridge filtration * Meet departmental & individual KPI’s, including new contacts generation/accounts visits per week
* Several years of experience in sales role or Sales manager role, including service/aftermarket experience * Experience in water applications, water accounts, EPC´s and with filtration technologies * Bachelor´s degree preferred e.g. in Process Engineering, Water/Wastewater, Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc. * Strong acquisition and communication skills * Candidate must be tenacious hunter focused on acquiring new projects and following through the stages until order placement * Intensive experience in account management and defining/closing/managing service level agreements (service, spares…) * Experience of working with utilities managers, integrators and OEM´s, planning offices, designers and consultants beside municipalities * Ability to work with Customers’ cross functional teams and utilize appropriately to get leads accelerated through the buying process * Capable of engaging from hands-on/demo level to formal presentation level with customer operators, managers and purchasers.
