Description

Overview

Responsible for performing Perform functional testing of all machines on the line to ensure compliance, compatibility and accurate operation.

Test sub assembly and machine functions on multiple products, verifying product functionality, quality and compliance. Troubleshoot problems by identify defects and execute appropriate fixes and maintain expected rate of output.

Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration, testing and troubleshooting of components, instruments and mechanical assemblies
  • Determine and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
  • Test and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
  • Maintain good house-keeping and hygiene
  • Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety Management System requirements .

Qualification

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in an assembly operations / m anufacturing environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments.
  • Previous hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical problems, set up experiments, and perform data analysis.
  • Good communication skills and strong teamwork.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Language proficiency in English.
