Danaher Corporation Business Analyst for Global ERP Implementation - Finance in Warsaw, Poland

Radiometer has recently launched several complex business transformation initiatives triggering multiple software implementations across Radiometers 30+ sales subsidiaries and 6 production companies worldwide. The current platforms used are AX2.5 (only sales companies) and AX2009 (Manufacturing, Distribution and HQ). We are in the process of kicking off a D365 program for the Sales Companies. Following this program another will be planned for handling the manufacturing, logistics and distribution companies. Plans to initiate an upgrade project to Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for Global ERP Implementation – Finance to join our Implementation team. Position is fully remote and can be placed in any city of Poland.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning of planning and implementing D365. Business Analyst for Global ERP Implementation will be fully allocated to projects within Global ERP Solutions and will be focusing on process and functional knowledge primarily regarding Finance for manufacturing, but also Logistics for our Operations departments and sites Globally. The responsibilities will include:

  • Capture, assess, and define business requirements and create strategies to meet those objectives using practical Dynamics AX business solutions and industry best practices

  • Document and review all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation life cycle

  • Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Dynamics business procedures

  • Provide expertise in Finance for manufacturing, supply chain and logistics.

  • Actively organize and facilitate workshops, in-house, webinars, and knowledge transfers within the global business

  • Provide functionality demonstrations and training to new users as needed

  • Work closely with the Technical Architects to assist in the design and conduct integrated testing

  • Assist in go live procedures and post go live support

Requirements:

  • Master or B.Sc within IT, Business Controlling or equivalent

  • Min. 5 years’ experience working in ERP projects in Finance area as a business analyst, preferably within a multinational corporation

  • Functional knowledge of AX2009

  • Experience working with Axapta project implementation with a focus on Finance

  • Experience working with process transformation through IT projects

  • Confident and outgoing personality who can engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all organizational levels

  • Fluent in English

  • Approx. 30 travel days per year depending on project schedule
