The Customer Support Administrator for Radiometer is responsible for internal and external customer service.
This position is part of the back office located in Warsaw and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Contact with business customers and cooperation with sales, service, warehouse, logistic and accounting departments
Coordinating the implementation of customer orders, issuing invoices, considering complaints and administrative work related to the functioning of the office
Entering and updating customer data in ERP and CRM systems
The essential requirements of the job include:
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in office work
Knowledge of English at an intermediate level, Polish- a necessary condition and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in a similar position, paperwork and knowledge of the medical device industry is welcome.
