Your challenge

After training and a tailored learning program when you join, you will be supporting the Finance Director, maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of results, preparing actual results and forecasts, analyzing variations and implementing countermeasures when necessary.

Your responsibilities as Finance Controller role at Videojet, include:

  • Prepare US GAAP monthly results in full compliance with the Corporate Standards as defined in the Videojet Controllers Manual

  • Analyze variations from forecasts and prior periods to provide accurate explanations for variances and support in finding countermeasures

  • Provide leadership in improving financial results: DSO, QIT and Working Capital

  • Regular and ad-hoc information requests pertaining to financial subjects as banking, warranty, inventory, reserves, sales- and margin reports, etc

  • Timely reporting of weekly orders, shipments, backlog and cash balances

  • Timely reporting of quarterly and year-end US GAAP required schedules

Your experience/skills will include:

  • CPA certification or international equivalency preferred

  • Financial Controllership and experience in driving financial results (revenue, costs, margins and Operating Profit), preferably in an international environment

  • Strong business understanding and acumen

  • Strong knowledge of Internal Control procedures

  • Knowledge and practical understanding of applicable US GAAP

  • Excellent knowledge of local Poland statutory reporting requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Polish, with strong written and oral communication skills

  • Auditing experience would be advantageous
