Danaher Corporation Global HR Analyst in Warsaw, Poland
Due to continuous growth of Radiometer, we are excited to expand our HR Reporting Team and hire Global HR Analyst (f/m/d). The position is in Poland with the opportunity for flexible work location – remote, hybrid or on site (Stargard or Warsaw) with one of our companies in Poland.
The Global HR Analyst will support various HR reporting and analyses for the global organization including the HR Senior Management Team in Headquarters. In this role you are responsible for both development, maintenance and follow up of HR transactional and reporting processes. Ad hoc projects and administrative tasks must be encouraged as a part of the role.
Success in the role requires effective and persistent partnership with the HRIS & Analytics Specialist and the global HR community to develop and deliver meaningful metrics, trends, and analyses in all areas of Global HR support and HR services. In addition, the position will include participating in and supporting lean activities.
Main areas of responsibility:HR Analytics
Respond to ad hoc queries and produce reports from Workday and other HR IT tools
Perform analyses of transactional / efficiency and human capital metrics
Monitor key metrics and understand root causes of changes in those
Support internal customers with HR analytics
Build and maintain visualizations in PowerBI
Support the design and maintain effective dashboards, to communicate KPIs and insights to internal customers and HR leaders
Support enhancement of our reporting and analytics infrastructure, including improvement of the data warehouse integration with HRIS (Workday)
Monthly HC and HR CVD/KPI reporting
On time support of CVD /KPI reporting process such as Headcounts and Turnover
Find opportunities to integrate between databases and reporting tools to improve reporting and customer self-service.
Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting/data analysis spectrum.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
Min 2 years of hands-on experience from data analytics environment, with confirmed ability to deliver high quality data analytics within demanding timelines.
Min 2 years of experience with workforce analytics OR comparable data analyses
Experience with performing queries, developing reports and visualizations, and a variety of analytic products.
Ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings to all layers of the organization in a concise, clear, and timely manner
Competence within Power BI or similar data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically
Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of data and the organization structure
Excellent verbal communication in English
Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization with demanding deadlines.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with critical employee information.
Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment.
