What You’ll Do

The role will be part of our Digital Team, responsible for our associate intranet. As the Junior Software Engineer (Junior PHP Developer) for our Intranet, you’ll:

  • Implement new features and functionality of our associate intranet

  • Work closely with all members of the Scrum Team in order to deliver high quality platform

    Who You Are

The ideal candidate will be someone who is strong team player, able to drive technical decisions in order to improve the employee experience, and having a strong technical mind. You'll have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Graduated or working towards a bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science in “STEM” majors (Science, technology, engineering, and maths)

  • Experience with software development (Drupal CMS / PHP)

  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile

  • Understanding of version control software

  • Ability to create technical documentation

  • Fluent in English
