Main Roles and Responsibilities

Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages

Monitors the tender submission process, completeness, consistency and compliance

Responsible for managing data collection and entry

Customer satisfaction analysis

Marketing team’s support in planning and coordinating events

Works with sales team to create marketing campaign

Website administration

Liaises with translation agency

Regular preparation and update of sales’ reports, statistics

Monitors trends and current IVD market situation

Qualification
Knowledge and Experience Requirements

University’s degree or equivalent work experience

Strong attention to details

Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet critical deadlines

Customer focus and proactive approach

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems

Very good command of spoken and written English and Polish
