As the Supplier MDM Application Manager, you will report directly to Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data Leader, supporting Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data SaaS solution as part of the Global Sourcing Operations Team. You will manage the workflow process and form configurations within the SaaS solution and manage the release process for system enhancements and configuration changes and serve as the primary point of contact with the Software Provider on system related issues and functionality.

What you’ll do

  • Develop in depth technical and functional knowledge in Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data SaaS solution.

  • Manage the release process for Cytiva delivery of new enhancements, features, and configuration for Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data SaaS solution.

  • Incorporate business enhancement requests into the product roadmap: scope and prioritize items based on business impact, project landscape, and user needs.

  • Manage Supplier Master Data SaaS solution workflow process. Design, configure, test, and deliver workflow routing changes to meet business requirements.

  • Manage custom forms and versions used within the workflow process.

  • Manage change requests with the SaaS Software Provider as required for delivery of new software functionality.

  • Responsible for managing L2 support desk tickets with the Supplier Master Data SaaS provider. Document and communicate software issues, manage the ticket priority with the software provider based on Cytiva business user & operations impact.

  • Support test script development and execution.

  • Support business user adoption and training on Software Provider delivered releases & deployments as required.

  • Maintain Cytiva Supplier Master Data SaaS solution configuration documentation and release notes for new and existing features/enhancements/functionality.

  • Create user guides and support training for business users.

  • Assist in development of key performance indicator (KPI) reports & metrics for overall system health, onboarding process cycle, user engagement, and supplier adoption.

  • Assist Supplier Master Data team with verification of Cytiva Supplier’s Data attributes within system workflows and tasks.

    Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technical role with exposure to SaaS and on-premise software

  • Minimum 5 years experience with supplier information management systems, ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) or similar purchase to pay platforms.

  • Experience with JSON, Groovy, & SQL

  • Experience in Jira and Confluence

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience with supplier information management systems, ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) or similar source to pay support platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, both short and long term.

  • Willingness to self-learn and uncover continuous improvement ideas.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple time zones.

  • Drive for results utilizing project management, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English both spoken and written.

  • Ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment with primary manager in US.
