Leica Biosystems is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and propel the growth of our Advanced Staining (IHC) portfolio in Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on the Polish market.

In this results-oriented role, you will:

  • Drive sales and market share expansion for Leica Biosystems' IHC solutions across Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Poland.

  • Collaborate closely with our distribution partner, Application Consultant (IHC), and key customers across Pharma, CROs, Biotech, research institutes, and universities throughout Eastern Europe.

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a winning sales strategy for our LBS product portfolio.

  • Own the sales cycle, proactively prospecting, managing leads, conducting needs analyses, coordinating demos with technical specialists, securing customer conversions, and closing deals.

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the life sciences industry.

  • Understanding of IHC and overall pathology workflow and solutions is an advantage

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate diverse customer needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Fluency in Polish and English (additional Eastern European languages a plus).
