For our Regional Customer Service team located in Warsaw we are currently looking for motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative. In this role you will report directly to Regional Customer Service Manager located in Krefeld (Germany).

As our new Customer Service Representative, you will make an impact by

  • proactively and efficiently resolving customers issues and enquiries maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • processing customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

  • handling a portfolio of orders for various types of customers (direct and indirect, European and Global), ensuring that they get all delivered within the delivery dates requested by the customer as well as customer returns and credit notes

  • supporting the commercial team by creating quotes and responding to various requests as well as maintaining pricing documentation and the ERP system

  • collaborating with other functions such as Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Tech Service to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction

  • ensuring compliance to internal policies, quality procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)

  • applying your continuous improvement attitude day-to-day to drive process improvements, efficiencies and drive customer satisfaction together with the rest of your team

What are your background and skills:

  • A vocational training (commercial or equivalent) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced Order Management role, preferably in the Medical Diagnostics or related industry

  • Minimum bachelor degree

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English is required. Other European languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus

  • High attention to details with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information

  • Strong focus on driving customer satisfaction

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, confident, reliable and able to plan and follow up on outstanding issues

  • Should be an outgoing, positive, team player

  • Strong sense of accountability
