Danaher Corporation Manager Customer Technical Support, Informatics, Automation, Microbiology, Reception & After Hours Coordination in Washington DC, District Of Columbia

Hiring Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive CTSO KPI’s as well as ownership of Informatics, Automation, Microbiology, and Reception KPI’s

  • Assure adhere to regulatory requirements, policies and procedures

  • Ensure customer escalations are resolved with a sense of urgency

  • Collaborate with other business units for alignment and strategy. Represent the customer technical support team in cross-functional meetings.

  • Strategize on HC requirements and hiring

  • Budget management

  • Oversee scheduling to assure product coverage addresses 24 X 7 X 365 business requirements.

  • Strategize and execute training plans to ensure optimal coverage

  • Set relevant objectives, development plans

  • Conduct regular coaching and communications in group and individual settings

  • Perform formal Mid-year and year-end performance appraisals along with annual merit and promotion recommendations

  • Lead and execute CTSO projects

    Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 9 years’ experience OR Master Degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience.

  • Experience managing customer grievances.

  • Possessing excellent communication and phone soft skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to support team outside of normal business hours.

  • Travel Requirement: 10%
