Drive CTSO KPI’s as well as ownership of Informatics, Automation, Microbiology, and Reception KPI’s
Assure adhere to regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
Ensure customer escalations are resolved with a sense of urgency
Collaborate with other business units for alignment and strategy. Represent the customer technical support team in cross-functional meetings.
Strategize on HC requirements and hiring
Oversee scheduling to assure product coverage addresses 24 X 7 X 365 business requirements.
Strategize and execute training plans to ensure optimal coverage
Set relevant objectives, development plans
Conduct regular coaching and communications in group and individual settings
Perform formal Mid-year and year-end performance appraisals along with annual merit and promotion recommendations
Lead and execute CTSO projects
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 9 years’ experience OR Master Degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Experience managing customer grievances.
Possessing excellent communication and phone soft skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to support team outside of normal business hours.
Travel Requirement: 10%
