The Product Manager, Clinical Chemistry Product Management for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for creation, execution and oversight of strategies that will maximize revenue, profitability, and market share of the Clinical Chemistry Portfolio as part of the Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay Business Unit.

This position is part of the Product Management team located in the Sales & Marketing department and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the BEC Chemistry portfolio, aligning with the overall business objectives. Define the short and long-term product vision and strategy based on market research, quantified customer value and insights on customer and business impact.

  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the product vision, key features, and timeline. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.

  • Product Development and Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and smooth hand-offs among team members. Drive the product development process, including product definition. Work closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Alliance Management, and Commercial teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Product Launch and Adoption: Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to develop forecasts, drive product adoption, and achieve revenue targets.

  • Customer Insights: Build and maintain strong relationships globally, with key customers and stakeholders in the clinical laboratory industry.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years’ or Master’s degree with 7+ years’ or Doctoral degree with 4+ years’ experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical device, or related field.

  • 3+ years Product Management experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical device, or related field.

  • Experience in financial analysis/modeling.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to build trust and negotiate trade-offs.

  • Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and internationally) up to 20% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • In global clinical laboratory environment.

  • Laboratory workflow processes.

  • MBA preferred.

The salary range for this role is $106,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
