Description
The Manager, Global Talent Acquisition (TA), Candidate Experience, is an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Director of Programs and Vendor Management, this role will lead, manage and support the Candidate Experience program. This includes the current enterprise set up and the future build out and enhancement of the program.

Responsibilities: * Manage the overall Central Coordination (Recruiting Coordinators) enterprise function, to include: * Define and update central coordination business and system process * Develop and update tools and resources for execution * Define and manage SLAs and KPIs * Manage quarterly operations reviews * Develop and manage customer satisfaction surveys and Voice of Customer (VOC) * Own and manage relationship with vendor that provides Recruiting Coordinator contractors/staff * Develop and manage training program to train new Recruiting Coordinators * Lead and maintain Recruiting Coordinator community of practice * Own Central Coordination knowledge management (site with user guides, guidelines and resources) * Manage the development and improvements for the overall candidate experience, to include: o Identify all candidate touch-points, prioritize areas for improvement and develop strategies/action plans for improvement, with the goal of an excellent candidate experience o Areas of focus include the application process, candidate communications, candidate expense reimbursements and new technologies for better candidate care

Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree required * 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a large corporate environment or top-tier consulting firm * Experience managing large, complex TA programs, specifically in TA operations and recruiting coordination/recruiting coordinators * Experience designing and managing programs, including day to day management, setting and managing KPIs, developing process documents and training content and leading quarterly reviews * Strong project management skills and attention to detail * Strong process “orientation” and ability to develop processes that are clear and easy to follow * Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel * Ability to travel 20% * * Important Competencies: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various functions and groups, and drive buy-in * Inquisitive nature; ability to research and apply best practices and new technologies to current operations
