The Senior Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics works in the Packaging department during the afternoon shift.
This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology Manufacturing department and is in West Sacramento, CA. At Microbiology, our vision is to ensure that every patient has access to the right antibiotic at the right time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for the set-up and operation of packaging equipment in a controlled environment.
Monitor equipment (meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls) to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
Complete in-process tests, in-process product inspections and make equipment adjustments as needed.
Perform material handling activities including operating a forklift.
Accurately document production activities.
Participate in Danaher Business Systems activities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment
Experience in a medical diagnostic device environment
Microsoft Office programs
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $25-$26. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
