The Biopharmaceutical Drug Development Program Manager position is responsible for the identification and sustainment of new and advancing drugs with in the biopharmaceutical industry. The Drug Development Program Manager will be responsible for the research as well as communication of opportunities associated with the drug pipeline.
Essential Job Functions
Serve as subject matter expert for targeted drug pipelines.
Conduct data analysis and research for the drug development program as well as any ad-hoc requests to support organizational needs.
Sustain digital connections between drug tracking database, Pall’s CRM systems and PowerBI.
Create and sustain reports including but not limited to action plan progression, Key Performance Indicators, drug progression, heat mapping.
Ownership for the daily management and communication of changes to the Obeya room.
Manage continuous improvement projects and drive program standard work sustainment
Support inter-department communication and lead discussions with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and senior leadership teams.
Up to 15% travel.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related life sciences discipline. MBA preferred.
3-5 years’ of working knowledge or experience within a bioprocessing / biotech function.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management Systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of information.
