What you’ll do
Coordinate and expedite the flow of product registrations including owning the ECR/ECO implementation process and its execution
Plan and prioritize execution of registration activities. Ability to trouble shoot.
Fully proficient professional, contributes to projects and initiatives, influences at the site level and determines and executes to operational standards and processes, and requires understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
Work within all levels of the organization. Act as the liaison between Engineering, NPIs, Manufacturing, Materials team, and suppliers on all changes to existing and future products.
The Change Control Administrator/ Implementation will interface with all levels of the workforce and management to successfully create and execute implementation plans for changes, part phase in/out, and new product introductions (NPI).
The candidate must have the ability to manage and complete all work requirements with little to no management intervention.
Participate in ECCB, Support internal customers, Conduct detailed analysis of proposed changes to determine impact to existing designs
Establish a comprehensive implementation plan for each engineering change
Ensure completion of all implementation activities – WIP, BOM, EBL,MBL updates, supplier communication, dispositions, etc.
Oracle set up and New part registration ( Oracle and Magic portals)
Coordinate and follow-up on the phase-in phase-out for material changes to minimize obsolete material
Understanding of Supply Chain (Material lifecycle), Partner closely with sourcing, Support material transfers, supplier reviews w/Sourcing
Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material
Conduct engineering design space work (using our design control system)
Skilled Computer background (Excel, Word, Qliksense)
Support all lean activities, initiatives, and action workouts
Who you are
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
Computer proficiency including Oracle knowledge and experience preferred
Working knowledge of MRP, Magic preferred
Excellent Interpersonal, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with leadership skills
