The Compensation Manager will be a key member of Pall’s Global Compensation team within Human Resources. The compensation team is dedicated to strengthening the company’s rewards programs to ensure they are market competitive, performance based, and contribute to business success. Initiatives are planned or under way in a number of areas, including career framework, variable pay design, equity compensation, and analytics.
The following are the key responsibilities for the position:
Key Responsibilities: * Serving in client-facing roles with key leaders and organizations in the Americas * Leading major projects, change initiatives, and process improvements * Analyzing market data to develop and maintain competitive pay structures * Applying specialized knowledge and experience in areas such as competitive analysis, job leveling, and international compensation * Owning key components of the company’s compensation system * Conducting reward program review, analysis, and redesign * Analytics o Design compensation dashboards and reports to support consultation to HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Business Leadership and Business Managers o Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to translate compensation trends into insightful data narratives * Sales Incentives o Evaluate sales incentive effectiveness and develop solutions to meet ever changing business requirements and employee engagement

Basic Requirements: * This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study. * 7 years’ experience in Human Resources is required, with a concentration in Compensation. * 3 years of experience in sales incentive design * 3 years of experience in market pricing & job evaluations Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree is preferred * 10 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred * Experience with sales incentive design
Desired Competencies: * Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification * Experience with compensation strategy, design, and implementation * Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling * Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Knowledge of compensation practices and requirements in the U.S. * Proficiency in HR systems such as WorkDay or other workflow-driven HRM systems * Responsiveness and a strong customer focus * Excellent interpersonal skills * Proven track record in managing complex projects * Initiative and the ability to work independently in a results-driven environment * An ability to propose and implement creative solutions to business challenges * Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
