What you’ll do!

This position will serve as the lead FPA analyst within the Cytiva Single Use Supply Chain finance team, supporting the Massachusetts based Single Use manufacturing facilities. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data and making recommendations to both Cytiva Finance and Site Leadership and will be a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, business strategy, and profitability.

The team member will facilitate interactions in a matrix/cross-functional organization structure in order to ensure timely execution of results.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • FP&A activities for local supply chain. Contributes to developing financial estimates, operating plans, financial reviews, Strategic Road Map (5-year Plan), Blue Print (1-year Plan), and financial processes.

  • Analyze results and identify/track goals to advise leadership team on risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

  • Maintain and lead all aspects of financial controls at the manufacturing site including ERP Transaction SOPs, manufacturing variance mitigation & research, and inventory control policies & procedures.

  • Drive quarterly and monthly ledger closing activities and reconciliations, including analyzing variances.

  • Contribute to improving Cytiva profitability through ideas, reports, and partnership with operations team. Actively participate with Operations Management in improving efficiency.

  • Develop and improve financial processes and tools including financial reporting tools, management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, and Standard Production Cost set up and analysis.

  • Assist with management reporting (regional and segment P&L’s) and communicate results to managers.

Who you are!

  • Prior experience in supply chain (preferably manufacturing site) finance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline and minimum of three years of financial work experience or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of seven years financial work experience

  • Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change

  • Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within a global environment

  • Resourcefulness, dedication, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent skills in MS Office products and Oracle or other ERP tool, specific to Global Supply Chain

  • Experience with financial systems/applications

Please note-this role is not remote and will be required to be onsite.
