What you’ll do
Coordinate and expedite the flow of product registrations. Plan and prioritize execution of registration activities with the ability to trouble shoot.
Contribute to projects and initiatives, while influencing, determining and executing to operational standards and processes working with all levels in the organization to successfully create and execute implementation plans for changes, part phase in/out, and new product introductions (NPI) .
Understand concepts, methods and procedures to act as the liaison between Engineering, NPIs, Manufacturing, Materials team, and suppliers on all changes to existing and future products.
Lead and own the engineering change controls implementation process and its execution
Support internal customers with the understanding of supply chain materials life-cycle; partnering closely with Sourcing, R&D, and various stakeholders and partners to support material transfers, supplier reviews, and more.
Coordinate and follow-up on the phase-in phase-out for material changes to minimize obsolete material
Conduct detailed analysis of proposed changes to determine impact to existing designs
Establish a comprehensive implementation plan for each engineering change
Ensure completion of all implementation activities – WIP, BOM, EBL,MBL updates, supplier communication, dispositions, etc.
New part registration and set up (Oracle and Magic portals)
Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material
Work proficiently in Magic (Engineering design space) Work, Excel, Word, Qliksense,
Support all lean activities, initiatives, and action workouts
Who you are
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
Working knowledge of MRP and Oracle
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
