We are looking for an Engineering Technician to join our expert Engineering Team. Do you have a passion for Engineering and Science? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Use math and science skills along with technical expertise and leadership to assist engineers with building products, improving manufacturing methods and maintaining assembly systems.
Assist engineers who are leading projects involving new project introduction, capacity increase, process development and quality control
Work cross-functionally alongside other project stakeholders, such as product development engineers, scientists or quality assurance
Perform equipment changeovers and set-ups in a class ISO Class 007 clean room
Run and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
Solve routine and standard engineering challenges, analyze information to influence decision making to reach a solution or path forward
Follow and adhere to Environmental Health & Safety, and Quality Management System (QMS) practices, regulations and policies
Who you are
Bachelor's of Science in Engineering (BioEngineering, ChE or ME) OR an Associates degree or Trade School graduate with high school diploma and minimum 5 years of technical experience working in science-related fields (laboratories, construction sites, offices or industrial and manufacturing plants)
Proficiency to logically troubleshoot using identifiable problem-solving techniques
Proficiency to understand and interpret technical information and drawings
Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information
Have proven ability to work well collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and diverse team
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and colleagues using technical knowledge and experience
