The Global Marketing Manager manages the marcom and field marketing specialists, all advertising and promotional (A&P) activities and building the annual marketing tactical plan for Pall Lab. Their efforts aid in building our brand presence, ensuring that customers and potential customers receive our message and result in the generation of sales ready leads.

On-time and on-budget Project Management is critical to the success of the Global Marketing Manager. This individual manages inputs from multiple locations and assimilates all into an annual marketing tactical plan that assists the Product Managers, and the overall organization, in meeting the business objectives. The Global Marketing Manager owns the execution of our annual A&P plans through both internal and external resources.

The Global Marketing Manager is the champion for launch excellence of NPDs and partners with the Product Managers to drive successful product launches to meet revenue and lead targets. They will work closely with the Product Management team to build out fully integrated marketing campaigns driving NPDs and strategic existing products.

Financial management of the A&P budget, along with monthly forecasting of IOV, MQLs, SQLs and other marketing metrics. The Global Marketing Manager is the traffic manager for A&P dollars going in and out of each business segment (Mini-market and territory). In addition, this individual negotiates with 3rd party suppliers with Pall’s best interest in mind and seeks out new providers that add value to our A&P plans.

Responsibilities

  • A&P project plan management

  • Financial management of A&P budgets, monthly forecasts and 3rd party provider negotiations

  • Marketing campaign development, management and execution

  • Manages internal and contract resources for program execution

  • Motivate and develops direct reports

  • Creation of Standard Work on critical processes for in-house staff and outsource partners; along with training to ensure understanding

Essential skills & experience:

  • BA / BS degree in Life Science or Marketing or Business

  • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in written marketing communication skills,

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing content and other marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, emails, and videos).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Life Sciences

  • Managing agencies and 3rd party partners, including cost negotiation skills

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Analytical and able to simplify financial data to present meaningful and actionable information to different levels of the organization

  • Creative and passionate about creative opportunities for our brand in the digital and traditional spaces

  • Ability to flourish in a matrixed organization with many stakeholders

  • Strong experience in measuring marketing ROI

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Communications Degree preferred
