What you’ll do
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for tracking, auditing, and ensuring high level of inventory accuracy in the Cytiva Westborough organization for all onsite and remote warehouses.
Monitor Cycle Count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and identify all operational problems in inventory.
Coordinate and monitor all PI counts for the assigned manufacturing sites and warehouses.
Establish procedures, ensure accuracy and maintain records of all variances, of all product transfers from one facility to other and internally on sub-inventory transfers.
Monitor intra-company and inter-company movement requests and ensure accuracy in receiving and put away processes at the company’s onsite and remote warehouses.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions.
Train employees and staff on all inventory control processes according to manual and update processes if required.
Provide ERP SME on Inventory transactions.
Coordinate with the Finance team on accuracy issues and corrections.
Troubleshoot and research discrepancies and resolve inventory problems
Mentor the cycle counters to ensure high level of rigor and diligence.
Manage all communication with Materials Manager and make recommendations as required.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse, operations and management.
Previous experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Analyst or a similar management position
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong ERP experience, Oracle experience - preferred

Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years supply chain, inventory management experience or High School diploma/GED and 7 years of inventory management and supply chain experience.
Demonstrated ability to deal with high levels of uncertainty and multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
