We are looking for a Manufacturing Program Leader to work with our expert Upstream Consumable Single Use Product Team of 7000 across the world. Do you have a passion for Project Management? What you’ll do

  • Understanding the Project deliverables and ensuring Supply Chain readiness for each project launch within Cytiva single use businesses.

  • Coordinating the supply chain team defining roles and responsibilities, project deliverables and ensuring project is on track.

  • High level resource planning of Supply Chain staff involved in projects.

  • Completion of supply chain project evaluations and documentation for Milestone exits.

  • Ensure detailed evaluation of possible manufacturing sites has been conducted and decisions are in line with the Life Science Supply Chain Strategy.

  • Ensure quality compliance activities are resourced and executed.

  • Set goals and objectives for the local team and assist in the evaluation of the team against these metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively.

  • Present key project information to stake holders and Senior Management.

  • Maintain full regulatory compliance with EHS, FDA, OSHA and other legal requirements.

  • Budget and control expenses within operational plan (OP).

  • Analyze quality levels through use of Six Sigma or related tools and develop and implement improvement programs.

  • Manage process development and validation activities consisting of IQ, OQ and PQ.

  • Manages the Global Supply Chain Projects while maintaining Scope, Budget, and Timeline.

  • Works in partnership with the Wing to Wing Supply Chain Team as well as other functions including Sales and Operational Planning, Material Leadership, Business Team Leaders, Facilities Leader, Planners, Buyers, Production Team Leaders, and Logistics and Distribution Specialists.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 8 years of Manufacturing Operations experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams

  • Experience in Project Management, Validation, Design and Process Development

  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma quality improvement techniques

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of our business in an easy to understand manner

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to identify and implement Best Practices

  • Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity

  • Motivated to succeed and be secure in making decision based on data driven results
