The Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts is a member of Pall's Biotech's Marketing Demand Generation team. In this role, you will develop and implement target customer account strategies and lead a cross-functional team to optimize customer engagement and drive lead generation and total global account revenue for Pall's top global accounts. You will have the opportunity to apply your digital marketing and managerial skills, and your knowledge of marketing strategy and customer experience as you coordinate program implementation and expansion. This role will also support key partners within the marketing and sales organization.
Research and onboard target accounts, using business insights, a global perspective, and data-driven decision-making
Build ABM strategic plan for sales and marketing initiatives that drive account engagement and revenue
Partner with sales to develop account-focused digital campaigns & events, proper lead management, and cross-functional pro-active communication
Collaborate with core Digital and Marketing functions on campaign strategy, creative content development, marketing channels, content messaging, and customer targeting
Move strategy to action by leading key ABM initiatives, running project and campaign timelines, problem-solving quality issues, and leading resources and budget
Build and empower effective teams to drive consensus and participation, and propel the ABM vision and purpose
Evaluate and handle key performance metrics around campaign success, and optimize marketing approach based on real-time analytics and data
Assess, onboard, and run multiple marketing tools and digital solutions to optimize the ABM program
Improve marketing efficiency through strategic and campaign process improvements and incorporating innovative marketing tactics
Lead with a customer-focused strategy that incorporates customer interviews and building customer and executive relationships
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences
3+ years of validated account-based marketing and multi-channel B2B marketing experience within the life science, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry or meaningful relevant experience
1+ years of leading people
Passion for continuous improvement with an eye for innovative marketing solutions and a strive to problem-solve and optimize processes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills to drive the program vision
Consistent track record to think strategically and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
Excellent consensus building and relationship development skills to clearly articulate key business drivers to senior decision makers, while keeping partners advised and on board
