This position can be site based or virtual / home office . The individual will be responsible for the Talent Management Center of Excellence. The objective will be to build and develop effective and creative ways to coordinate the TM programs and resolve the best ways to track, measure, assess and provide meaningful assessments. Core responsibilities will be the following: Managing the life cycle of Talent Management (TM) programs, including evaluation of business requests, prioritization, planning, issue resolution, testing, training and implementation. Generate project plans in support of the TM strategy. Includes the use of program management methodologies and tools to analyze needs and set goals and timelines for breakthrough achievements. Provide support for Learning Management Systems including the implementation of our new LMS tool.
Coordinating programs, including vendor resources. Support compliance with learning and development standard work. Compile data and content for progress reports and utilize visual management to share program status. Reporting and interpretation of Talent Management initiatives. Utilize standard reporting processes as well as adherence to corporate process methodology (DBS). Coordinate and support performance management, training, career development and OTA reviews. Be a trusted colleague who will protect confidential subject matter.
Essential Job Functions: Developing and executing methods to track and evaluate the efficiency and performance of our Talent Management programs, processes and initiatives. The role will liaise with corporate and other HR functions to define and standardize HR metrics across the enterprise, including development and review of TM key performance indicators aligned with accountability and results. Design and deliver talent management metrics, reporting and analysis. Examine patterns and trends to gain insights to set direction and guide colleagues through complex TM processes to drive success of organizational goals. You will be responsible for establishing and preparing reports to be provided to Sr. Management and HR Leadership team. Act as system Super User to train and support other HR team members on core TM and learning systems and tools. Help build business case analytics for critical business decisions. Provide scheduling and coordinating all training with Managers and Supervisors and Employees and track attendance. Maintaining database for all training courses and programs as well as associated communications. Collecting, compiling and reporting results of evaluation, attendance and training data. Preparing and detailing procedures for employees and management. Researching training suppliers and materials from implementation to completion.
Minimum Qualifications: 3 years working experience in an HR function within a global company Experience working in Talent Management for a high performance, metrics driven culture leading complex processes and projects. Detailed knowledge of working across different cultures Experience in using Workday highly desired Fluent in English (written and verbal) Strong MS Power Point, Excel and Word knowledge. Familiarity with LMS (learning management systems) HRIS tools and training. Ability to work safely and follow the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Collaborates with others to ensure better outcomes and build strong networks Ability to listen to others and communicate their perspectives effectively Act as great teammate but also have an ability to work independently with minimal supervision
