Job Description:

As Technical Inside Sales Associate, you will complement Pall’s commercial teams by working closely with our customers to drive sales and customer success. The TISA are driven to support the corporate sales goals and improve customer experience. Your partnership and support of the sales and marketing team associates will further develop the sales funnel and voice of customer (VOC). On daily basis, you will help develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operational protocols (SOP) for customer proposals and selling activities. The TISA will collaborate with Pall’s global sales team and provide a central point of contact to ensure customer specifications are met and expectations are exceeded. Asking the critical questions to better meet the customer needs and assisting sales in selling the right product. The person who fills this position will drive process efficiency, deliver the VOC and will acquire and develop the skills necessary to lead the Problem Solving Process (PSP) to countermeasure any deviations from achieving sales goals.     Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals for new and existing Pall Customers

  • Work with commercial teams to optimize the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to collect and share the VOC.

  • Assist operations with Engineering projects

  • Assist sales teams as needed.

  • Provide monthly report out to management of Key Performance Indicators.

  • Attend regional meetings

  • Work with management to ensure your training needs are met

    Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or (STEM preferred) 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, project management, or technical inside sales support role

  • Highly self-directed, success driven and passion for sales

  • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle.

  • Self-starter: You’re the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it.

  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong work ethic; strong attention to detail; ability to work well with others

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in person and by telephone. Strong English language skills required.

  • Able to politely and thoughtfully navigate to key decision makers and influencers as it relates to coding and marking purchases

  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, able to respond to objections in real time.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport during phone conversation

  • Aptitude and willingness to learn Pall's business and understand complexities and nuances

  • Tenacious and inventive

  • Use of outbound phone, email and other communication tools to establish meetings for the sales team

  • Experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce.com or SAP C4C)

  • Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure
