Global Comp & Benefits Specialist (f/m/d)
Come join a fantastic team! We are driving together with our partners inside the global HR team at Leica Microsystems and Danaher the next Rewards and Benefits level within our company. We are a flexible and dynamic HR team with a strong background of Danaher’s toolkits for our core processes and interesting projects in the pipeline to allow you to grow within our team and leave a footprint for our organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Global Rewards and Benefits Projects: You support international projects in your area of responsibility and proactively participate in local and, where appropriate, global projects.
Optimization of Rewards and Benefits Processes: You own the development and implementation of analyses and simulations in the area of Rewards & Benefits, including the derivation of recommendations and their implementation & communication.
Annual Compensation Cycle: You contribute to the global annual compensation cycle including the management of the Incentive and Equity Schemes. You advise HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the processes and ensure high quality Workday excellence for compensation topics.
Global Rewards and Benefits Policies: You support the creation and implementation of global or local Compensation & Benefits policies and conduct Compensation & Benefits audits - including payroll alignment - to ensure the necessary compliance.
Job evaluations: You prepare documentation for position evaluations (global) assigned to the Global Rewards area.
The essential requirements of the job include:
University's degree in Economics, Statistics/Actuarial Sciences, Business Phycology
Several years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll
Know-how in compensation topics, such as pay structures, incentive plans, equity, etc.
Excellent Excel level
Fluent Business English, in written and spoken
