  • Durchführen von Kundenbesuchen für vorbeugende Wartung, Reparaturen, Fehleranalysen, Telefonsupport, um optimale Kundenbetreuung zu leisten und für eine professionelle Reparatur mit erfolgreicher, effizienter Arbeitspraxis zu sorgen.
  • Abliefern präziser Berichte, managen und zeitgerechte Vorlegung von Berichten über mobilen Kundendienst, Ausgaben, Vorratsmanagement und andere Servicedokumentation.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Kunden innerhalb des Versorgungsgebiets mit einem professionellen Kundendienstservice gemäß der von EU Managern gesetzten KPIs versorgt sind.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Außendienstmitarbeitern, um Aktivitäten wie Installationen und Demos / Vorführungen zu fördern.
  • Austausch wertvoller Daten aus dem Kundenkontakt, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und den Verkauf zu erhöhen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Kundenbetreuung um reibungslose und schnelle Prozessabläufe und Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten sowie Ausführung des 2nd Level Supports Helpdesk


  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Außendienst und Kenntnisse in Elektro- und Gerätetechnik
  • Idealerweise Technikerabschluss (Elektromechanik/ Elektronik)
  • Fahrerlaubnis und hohe Reisbereitschaft werden vorausgesetzt
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
