Global IT Business Relationship Manager (Finance, HR, Indirect Procurement & Legal) (m/f/d)
You will be the critical business partner of Finance, HR, Indirect Procurement & Legal teams. You will identify opportunities to turn technology into one of Leica Microsystems’ competitive advantages that drive sustainable business growth.
We are looking for an individual who can understand the opportunities and challenges in Finance, HR, Indirect Procurement & Legal functions and have extensive experience in standardizing and improving business processes and collaborating with multinational and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization structure.
As Global IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) (Finance, HR, Indirect Procurement & Legal) (m/f/d) you will report directly to the Manager, Global IT BRM.
Serve as the business partner of Finance, HR, Indirect Procurement & Legal teams to effectively apply existing IT products and to define additional technological investments to support existing and new processes
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements and align common measurable goals
Work with internal departments and / or external vendors to research which technologies can accomplish specific goals, define project scope and determine solutions
Act as program owner to ensure on-time delivery of solutions by collaborating with development team (either internal / external) and users from business functions
Develop strong understanding on existing technologies and actively search for best-in-class technologies used in other operating companies within Danaher Corporation and in the market (Internal/external benchmarking) to drive continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus
Several years of experience in IT with software development and deployment experience; experience in healthcare industry is a plus
Extensive experience in project management; Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master is a plus
Established track record in translating technology trends into business initiatives and driving adoption
Several years of business partnering experience preferably in Finance, HR, Indirect Procurement & Legal area
Strong understanding of SAP, Salesforce.com, Analytics tools, Web tools
Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and influencing skills to discuss, present and pitch technology solutions to a wide range of audience across functions and management levels
Fluent in English and German
Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
